WHERE IT BEGAN

JAY-CO-FOUNDER

I grew up in a big, hardworking family where everyone pitched in. We sold coconut oil, did neighbors’ laundry for a few dollars, and I helped my dad at his butcher shed so we’d have enough for school and home. Those early years taught me resilience, gratitude, and the importance of showing up for the people who depend on you.

I started in aquaculture then tourism and real estate young—first as a receptionist, then a real estate office manager, and eventually found my way into property management. I later earned my degrees in the Sciences, diplomas in Real Estate and Hospitality & Tourism, along with a certificate in Business Management all while working. 

Today, I blend those lessons and experiences to offer honest, dependable property care built on trust and genuine hospitality.

KIRSTY-CO-FOUNDER

Meet Kirsty Roberts, an accomplished and dynamic professional, originally from South Africa with a diploma in Business Management. Kirsty’s journey in the hospitality industry started at an early age, working in restaurants where she gained experience from the ground up. Her love for food, travel, and people took her to Botswana where she ran 5-star luxury safari lodges for over a decade. She further developed her skills in Belize, managing an award-winning resort for more than 10 years. Kirsty’s dedication and passion lie in traveling and ensuring that visitors experience the vacation of a lifetime. Her keen eye for detail sets her apart from the rest, she has built a reputation for sustainable luxury management. Kirsty is a people-focused person, whilst provides top-notch service. Spending long periods in remote locations encouraged her to explore yoga & and meditation, she is a big animal lover and when she’s not at work she’s either exploring nature or cooking gourmet meals.
