Getting Around

• Driving on the sand directly in front of the property is allowed
• One-way signs in the village are generally treated as two-way—drive slowly and cautiously

Parking

Parking is available on site (space for up to 2 cars).
Upon arrival, park in front of the main 3-story house. To reach the designated area, drive along the beach past the first cabanas to Sealyfe Cabanas at the far end.

Complimentary kayaks and paddle-boards are available in the fun shed, please rinse and return after use.

Good to Know

Noise: Village sounds like music, karaoke, or dogs may be heard at night. Earplugs are provided.
Village Dogs: Please do not feed them.
Septic System: Flush toilet paper only, no wipes or paper products.

Beach & Nature

Sandflies and mosquitoes can be present, especially at sunrise and sunset. We recommend insect repellent, light long sleeves, and keeping doors/windows closed during peak times.

Construction Notice

Hopkins is growing, and occasional nearby construction may occur. If noise becomes disruptive, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

Sargassum

Sargassum seaweed may occasionally appear on the beach. Our team works hard to keep the area clean, but this is a natural occurrence beyond our control.

Exchange rate: $2 BZD = $1 USD
US dollars are widely accepted. Credit cards are accepted at most tourist spots, but some places are cash-only. One ATM is located at the village entrance.
