This beautiful Hopkins beachfront home features two master suites, each with handcrafted Belizean hardwood queen beds, nightstands, reading lamps, ample closet space with built-in drawers, and interior lighting. The large ensuite bathrooms include dual sinks, tiled rain showers, quiet-flush toilets, and ample storage. One suite also includes a washer/dryer with provided detergent.

The 500+ sq ft Great Room boasts 20-ft vaulted ceilings crafted from Nargusta and Santa Maria hardwoods. A fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a stainless sink, a gas range, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water, and a 12-ft bar with 4 swivel stools perfect for gathering. The mahogany cabinetry and local craftsmanship bring the warm feel of Belize inside.

There’s seating for 6–8 in the dining area, plus two lounge zones: one with a 48″ smart TV and rattan seating, and the other with a futon reading nook. You’ll find 8 ceiling fans throughout, plus individually controlled A/C units in both bedrooms and the great room for those still nights.

The 450 sq ft front deck runs the full width of the house, offering tables, chairs, and two sea-breeze hammocks. A Caribbean-style exotic cane ceiling adds charm, and two outdoor fans keep it cool. A second rooftop deck (500 sq ft) is accessed by spiral staircase, offering 360° panoramic views perfect for sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, or stargazing under the moonlit sky.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a palapa on the beach with picnic table and hammock hooks, two beachfront loungers, and access to beach towels and hammock chairs. It’s the ultimate setup for a relaxing afternoon with a book or drink.

Located in the heart of Hopkins Village, Mellow Yellow Beach House is just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach itself.
